**Note: I scanned the original from a 5 x 7 photo. The "Original size" was 836 x 544 and 320 KB...way too large in dimension and file size for this page! This "original" photo reflects a smaller original (by half) which is still way too large for a web page. Progressive JPG images are currently supported only by Netscape 2.0 or MSIE v 3.0 or better. |

Iceberg Original Compressed Value=10 DPI=100 415 x 271 Can you see any difference in quality from the photo above? At 16 Bit color and monitor resolution of 800 x 600, I can't and yet the file size savings is incredible! |  |
