Tess was bred by Erin Schaefer of Canami Shelties, Alexandria Bay, NY. "Canami" is pronounced "Can-A-Me" and means "Canadian Friend". You can see Tess' sire and dam on her puppy pics page.

Tess loves obedience, tracking and agility but her favorite thing is to go for her daily run on the trails in and around our hometown of Juneau, Alaska.

Tess earned the final 13 points to finish her UOCH title under Lisa Barnard and Cindy Leung at CKCoJ's UKC Obedience Trials from the Utility B and Open B classes. She also earned a High in Trial, a High Combined and a High Aggregate award during the weekend.
